Red Hook Brooklyn Yard

We’re one day away from the second leg of the Red Hook Crit championship series which will take place at Brooklyn’s Navy Yard. The previous race featured a thrilling finish with Timbuk2 ambassadors Neil Bezdek and Evan Murphy taking the podium in first and second. Kacey Manderfield who also represents Timbuk2 was the only female athlete to complete the race keeping up with the pack of guys who managed to cross the finish line.

One day until Evan Murphy (pictured), Neil Bezdek, Kacey Manderfield and Dan Chabanov take on the toughest and most technical course of the Red Hook Crit to date.

The Brooklyn Yard Course will feature more chicanes, a crucial hairpin and cobblestones to take the technical level up another notch.

This time around, Dan Chabanov, who has never been beat in his appearances at the Red Hook Crit and did not race in the previous race will enter the fray. He’ll be challenging Neil Bezdek, Evan Murphy and other top contenders such as Walton Brush and Rainier Schaefer from Mash SF, making this field of racers even more stacked than before. The rivalry between Neil and Dan is sure to be a huge talking point for this race but other top contenders will need to ignore the buzz and focus on the only lap that matters.
