Repairs & a Happy Baby

We recently did a little fix to one of our customers’ old-school classic messengers. As part of the Life-Cycle program, we’ve grown our repairs service to keep old bags on the road even longer.

After receiving the repair, we received this note from our happy customer and we had to share it. The picture is priceless!

“Dear Timbuk2,

Regarding RMA: W-33440 I just received my bag today, and I am very happy the warranty work that you have done to it. I am even more happy with the level of customer service that you offered me, as a matter of policy. I would be very willing to endorse your company on a customer review website like yelp, or something similar.

As you can see, my daughter and I both really appreciate a quality messenger bag.
